A 40ft 1975 Hancock and Lane 2 berth cruiser stern narrowboat
A versatile little narrowboat which can provide either 2 single berths or a pull-out double. Bay Willow comes with 2 solar panels, was blacked in 2022 and has a Boat Safety Certificate, valid until 2025.
On entering the boat from the stern deck you step down into the kitchen area which has a stainless steel sink with storage cupboards underneath. To the side of the sink is a freestanding gas oven and two burner hob. On the other side is a free standing storage unit and room to store the dining table chairs.
Next is the lounge area with two easy chairs, fold out table, storage cabinet and a stove situated in the corner.
After the lounge is the bathroom, this has a shower cubicle one side with shower curtain and on the other side is a cassette toilet and hand basin with a privacy curtain.
Next is the sleeping cabin, it has two permanent single beds that can also be made up as a double. One side has storage underneath.
The front deck has storage boxes either side which you can also use for seating and is fully enclosed with a cratch cover.
