A 49ft 2007 Alvechurch Boat Centres 4 berth cruiser stern narrowboat.
Clarks Grebe is an ex-fleet boat looking for a new owner. With a sought-after reverse layout plus double dinette, it has flexible bedding arrangements, offering either a fixed double berth plus double dinette or 2 single berths plus double dinette.
Entering through the stern is the open plan galley / saloon.
The galley is equipped with a gas cooker, sink and drainer, microwave and 12v fridge. Beneath the worktops are ample cupboards and drawers for storage.
The dinette can fit four people comfortably around the table and there is a further fold down seat. It breaks down to make a temporary double bed.
A corridor leads through to the bathroom, which is fitted with a hand basin and vanity unit, a hip bath with shower over and an electric macerator toilet.
At the fore end is the main sleeping cabin. This can be configured as double berth or two singles. A door leads onto the fore deck.
Clarks Grebe had a new engine installed in 2020.
The boat has a Boat Safety Certificate, valid until January 2027.
