- 6 berth
- Location: Worcester Marina
A 72ft 6'' 1991 Steve Priest 6 berth traditional stern narrowboat.
Dace is a characterful boat with room for all the family to enjoy cruising the waterways as well as having facilities to make a comfortable liveaboard.
From the stern, you enter the Boatmans Cabin. Historically this area would have been the living accommodation of a working boat where the family would eat, sleep and store their possessions. There are traditional features present such as a boatman's stove, fold down table and cupboard bed. The boat has wood panelling throughout with traditional Roses and Castles decoration.
Passing through the engine room, you come to the first sleeping area with a wardrobe and 2 single bunks. The second bedroom follows and is fitted with a fixed double berth.
A bathroom is fully equipped with a glass screened shower unit, WC and table-top basin. There is storage by way of shelfing and built-in cupboard.
Next is the Galley. This is fully fitted with stylish light sage green shaker style units providing plenty of storage. There is an oven with a gas hob, under counter fridge and washer dryer. A Belfast style sink is fitted within a smart wooden counter, and the floor is laid with blue tiles.
The saloon follows on in an open plan style. This is currently furnished with a free-standing sofa bed. A multifuel stove stands in the corner before steps lead to a cratch covered bow area containing storage lockers either side. Finally, there is a focsle seating area in the forward bow.
12 months leisure mooring for the price of 9 at Gayton, Anderton, Alvechurch or Kings Orchard Marina when purchasing this boat.
