A 49ft 2006 Alvechurch Boat Centre 4 berth cruiser stern narrowboat.
Great Crested Grebe is laid out in the popular 'reverse layout' and is now looking for a new owner. This boat is perfect for couples and small families both as a live aboard vessel or for holidays afloat.
Great Crested Grebe was last blacked in 2022 and has a safety certificate, valid until February 2026.
As you descend through the cruiser stern, you come to the galley. The galley is equipped with a sink unit, gas hob/oven/ grill, microwave and fridge with a freezer shelf. There is plenty of worktop space and undercounter storage which makes this boat fantastic for longer stays.
Following the galley is the dinette area. This consists of a table and seating area with extra fold down seating. This dinette can be conveniently converted into a double bed.
Continue through the boat and there is an additional storage locker to the left and next to this is the bathroom. The bathroom has the benefit of a hip bath with a shower above, washbasin and a pump out toilet.
At the bow of the boat, there is a bedroom cabin which has the flexibility of either a double berth or two single berth layout. There is also additional storage within this cabin.
