A 70ft 2007 Alvechurch Boat Centres 10 berth cruiser stern narrowboat. Available from end October 2022.

Hawk Owl presents the opportunity to own a large ex-hire narrowboat, with versatile bedding arrangements which can accommodate up to 10 people. This boat benefitted from a hull blacking in February 2022 and offers a Boat Safety certificate valid until February 2023.

Entering from the stern is the first bedroom cabin. This offers flexible bedding, which can be configured as one double berth, or two single berths with an optional additional fold-down high level single bunk.

The bedroom is followed by the first of two bathrooms. This is fitted with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

Continue through the boat and there is wardrobe storage to the right, followed by a dinette. This can be converted to two single berths or one double, when required. There is additional wardrobe storage at the far side of this cabin.

Next is the galley, which is fitted with a 4 burner hob/cooker, a sink and a fridge. This leads to further cupboard storage on the left, followed by a second dinette. This dinette can again be converted to two singles or a double berth.

Following this is the second bathroom, again equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

At the bow of the boat is the second bedroom cabin. This again can be configured as one double or 2 single berths with an optional additional high level single bunk bed.
