- 4 berth
- Location: Blackwater Meadow Marina
A 47ft 1978 Mike Heywood 4 berth traditional stern narrowboat.
At 47ft Holly No. 8 is a great size for exploring the waterways.
Entering the boat from the traditional stern there is a boatmans cabin containing plenty of useful storage space. The seating here can also be converted in to a double berth.
The next cabin is the engine room which houses the Lister SR3 engine, which was last serviced in 2017.
Continuing through the boat you come to the bathroom, which has been cleverly installed as a wet room. The bathroom includes a shower, wash basin and toilet.
The galley has some smart shelving which provides you with some very useful storage space, more storage is provided by under counter cupboards and a drawer. The galley comes equipped with an under counter fridge, 4 burner gas hob, oven and grill, and a stainless steel sink and draining board. There is also some work top space next to the cooker.
The saloon is at the bow of the boat and has a dinette, this can also be converted to provide you with a further double berth. There are some little storage units either side of the door that leads out to the bow.
