A 45ft 2002 Southwest Durham Steelcraft 4 berth cruiser stern narrowboat.
Little Demon is an ex-hire boat looking for a new life with a new owner. This boat has a well presented interior and would be ideal either as a live aboard vessel or for holidays afloat.
The hull was last blacked in January 2022 and she holds a Boat Safety certificate, valid until October 2026.
Entering from the cruiser stern, steps lead down to the dinette and galley. This L-shaped seating and removable table conveniently converts to a double berth, if required.
The open plan galley is fully equipped with oven, grill, hob, microwave, sink/drainer, under counter fridge and ample work surfaces and cupboard space.
The bathroom follows this and is fitted with a pump out toilet, wash basin and a shower over a hip bath.
The last cabin is the bedroom. This has a a generously sized fixed double berth, wardrobe space and a dressing table.
