Silva AnderidaUnder offer
- 3 berth
- Location: Hilperton Marina
A 52ft 1979 Hancock & Lane 3 berth cruiser stern narrowboat.
Offers are invited for Silva Anderida.
The boat can be used straight away but a recent hull survey has identified some non- urgent remedial work required on the hull.
The survey can be made available to view.
Entering the boat from the cruiser stern is an open plan galley/ saloon.
The saloon has built in seating and a removable table.
This can also be used as a single bed and with a little alteration could also be made to convert to a double.
Centrally positioned between the saloon and galley is a solid fuel stove giving good heat distribution throughout the boat. There are a number of shelves providing storage.
The galley is equipped with a gas cooker and 12v fridge.
There are solid wood worktops with cupboards and drawers beneath, and a ‘Belfast’ sink. Hot water and additional heating by radiators is provided by a gas boiler.
A door leads through to the walkthrough WC and shower room. To one side is the shower cubicle which is tiled and has a glass door.
Opposite this is the WC which has a cassette toilet.
There is a ceramic set top hand basin with drawers beneath in the double sleeping berth. The double fixed bed has storage beneath and an overhead cupboard.
The front cabin is an adaptable space which could function as an office, workspace or as additional living space.
To one side is a useful built set of cupboards.
A door leads through to the fore deck.
Solar panels rated at 495W are fitted to the roof.
Silva Anderida would be equally suitable as a leisure craft or for living aboard.
All deck gear is included so the boat is ready to cruise.
