Stepping into the stern of Smudgie you have 2 large steps that neatly covers the engine. The entrance offers little storage space with some built in cupboards.
The first room is your bathroom which has a light airy feel and a patterned Aztec flooring. Completed with a corner 90mm quandrant shower, cassette toilet and a round modern wash basin with views onto the canal. The basin offers surface space for all your necessities.
Following through the door into the open plan layout you have a double bed to your right. There is a decorative back wall which compliments the bedroom area.
Next you have a corner Galley which boasts a 4 burner hob, a fridge, draining board and under sink storage. Opposite there is a 2x4 cube storage unit opposite the sink and a magnetic knife rack on the wall.
At the bow of the boat you have a 2 seater sofa facing a TV stand and a log burner situated in the corner.
The open plan layout has white panelled walls and a Dalmatian decoration.
Smudgie has a Boat Safety Certificate until 18th September 2025.
