A 40ft 1998 Liverpool Boat Co. Ltd 3 berth traditional stern narrowboat.
This boat is a bit of a tardis! Although only 40ft in length, the clever use of space and cupboards throughout mean she still feels remarkably uncluttered and spacious. Painted in classic blue and red livery with cream features and also fitted with a front cratch cover, Aunt Mab boasts a Boat Safety Certificate valid until 2027.
Entering from the stern, a traditional layout brings you to the bedroom cabin, which has a fixed double berth, storage both overhead and beneath, and a central heating radiator.
Next is a bathroom on the left, which is fully equipped with a washbasin, WC, and shower cubicle. A radiator features in the corridor just outside the bathroom.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen leading to the saloon area. The galley is equipped with Vanette oven/hob, under counter fridge and sink and drainer unit. There are both wall and under counter cupboards for storage.
The saloon/lounge has a spacious seating area . This also supplies a further single berth if needed. There is a built in cupboard and solid fuel stove in each corner before steps lead to double doors opening onto the bow of the boat.
An attractive blue and cream interior colour scheme and painted oak wall panels make Aunt Mab extremely easy on the eye!
