A 41ft 1993 R & D Fabrications 4 berth traditional stern narrowboat.
This sweet little boat is a doddle to moor and turn, but still has everything needed to provide a comfortable floating holiday home. Blacked in 2021 and serviced in 2022, Lady Nancy comes with a fixed double berth, 3 solar panels, and a solid fuel stove.
The traditional stern has double doors leading into the engine room, with a side door then opening into the corridor. The first cabin on the left is a wet room with wc and shower, fully tiled with gleaming blue Subway-type tiles.
A modern galley is equipped with freestanding oven and hob, under counter fridge, sink with drainer and ample storage cupboards.
Next to the galley is a fixed double berth with storage space above and below.
The saloon is completely wood panelled with a multi-fuel stove in the corner and a dinette that can be converted to a second double bed for guests. Steps lead up to the bow which is fitted with an 'A' frame and cover.
