A 58ft 2008 Simpsons Boats 4 berth traditional stern narrowboat.

Brookside is a well presented, spacious narrowboat with a cosy wooden interior. She would be ideal as either a live aboard vessel or a floating holiday home for couples or small families.

As you enter from the traditional stern, you first reach the rear cabin that has 2 sofas that can be converted into 2 single berths as required.

Next along is the bathroom. This holds a basin, a bath with a shower over and a Traveller pump out toilet. There is also a washing machine in this cabin.

The next cabin along is the master bedroom. This has an ornate double berth, mirrors at the head and the foot of the bed and 2 wardrobe spaces.

Going through a pretty arched doorway, you enter the final area of the boat; and open plan galley and saloon. The galley is equipped with a gas oven and 4 burner hob, a fridge and a sink and drainer. This area is well ventilated with windows either side and a Houdini hatch above. There is also ample worktop space and under counter cupboards.

The saloon has a table, chairs and a comfortable sofa. There is also a side hatch to let even more light and air in, perfect for those long hot summer days.

Steps then lead you out onto the bow deck that has lockers that can double up as bench style seating on either side.

Brookside has central heating throughout.
